Bus tokens are sent by regular mail, so requests must be made 5–7 days before transportation is needed.
Tokens will only be provided for routine appointments (doctor appointments, eye appointments). Bus transportation will not be provided for mental health appointments, methadone appointments, prescription refill pick-ups, or physical, occupational or speech therapy appointments.
Two tokens are provided per passenger (one token to appointment, one token back). You may add $0.35 to your tokens for an all-day bus pass.
Children under 5 years old do not require bus fare.
There is a six-token maximum per month.
